What is a Planned Development or PD Zoning?

Planned Developments, or PDs, are zoning and development plans that are tailored for an individual development. The regulations for each development are found in the specific PD Site Plan for the project on file at Town Hall. They are also recorded at the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder’s Office. El Paso County zoning maps are available online.
