Online payments: 

Select the blue “Online Payments” button on the left side of the screen. 
This will bring up a different window to complete your transaction
Select “Court – Fines and Fees” and enter the required information
The total is located next to your signature on the bottom half of the citation
Credit Cards will be charged a $0.75 service fee in addition to 2.25% of the total to be
collected by the State
Electronic checks are charged a flat service fee of $1.00

Mailed payments:
   Only money orders and checks are accepted via mail. DO NOT MAIL CASH.

In-person payments:

Credit card, check, money order, or cash will be accepted in person
Credit Cards will be charged a $0.75 service fee in addition to 2.25% of the total to be collected by the State
Pay the Court Clerk at the front desk of the Monument Police Department Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 
You will be provided with a receipt for your payment if made in person

Please note: Any appearance in court results in additional $30.00 court costs that will be assessed to the original fine.

Timely Pay Point Reduction

Defendants with a Penalty Assessment, who make a payment prior to their court date, will be given a timely pay point reduction (CRS 42-2-127(5.5))
Violations with 2 points will be reduced by 1 point
Violations with 3 or more points will be reduced by 2 points
