Town Manager

The Town Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Town. This office implements the policies set by the Board of Trustees and oversees the operations of the Town.  

Mike Foreman was appointed to act as the Town Manager for the Town of Monument. He is an executive manager with over 30 years’ experience in varying aspects of local government. Mike is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and holds a Master’s degree in Public  Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has served as the City Manager of Craig, Colorado, as well as the City of Celina, Texas.

Mike began his career in city management with the City of Grand Prairie, Texas, where he served as the Assistant to the City Manager. He has three kids; Megan, Michael, and Luke. In his spare time Mike enjoys travelling around Colorado and Wyoming photographing local wildlife.

Mike is excited about his position with the Town of Monument and is looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead.
