On September 16, 2017, Lewis-Palmer School District #38 is hosting a community engagement seminar with Martin Carcasson, Ph.D., from CSU's Center for Public Deliberation.
You are invited. You may join us for breakfast and informational sessions with Dr. Carcasson. Lunch will also be included. The seminar will provide participants with a solid introduction to the theory and skills related to deliberative engagement, a growing national movement focused on improving the quality of public communication and the capacity of communities to address difficult problems more collaboratively and productively. This event will be held at Lewis-Palmer High School, September 16, beginning with breakfast at 8 a.m. Sessions will run till approximately 3:30-4:00.
